U.S. EPA Boiler MACT and NHSM regulations have granted a categorical exemption for TDF, based on the end user meeting certain legitimacy criteria. These EPA rulings favor TDF as an alternative, non-waste fuel that might assist corporations toward their sustainability goals.
Furthermore, as companies become more interested in the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions and strive to meet renewable fuel goals, TDF might help. TDF contains 24% biogenic content (rubber trees) that might contribute to our customer’s renewable content goals.
